*The New Testament is TRASH part 3*
False Messiah’s Ministry lasted approximately three years. The gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) record the life and experiences of the new testament’s False Messiah. The writer of Matthew and the writer of John both record the story of how False Messiah whipped the moneychangers out of the temple. However, the writer of Matthew records that this event took place toward the end of False Messiah’s ministry, whereas the writer of John records that this event took place at the beginning of False Messiah’s ministry.
—> Mark 11:15-17 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves; And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple. And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
☝☝☝ This happened approximately one week before False Messiah was crucified; approximately 50 days before his final ascension and departure from earth.
Then False Messiah hopped into Marty McFly’s DeLorean and went back to the beginning of his ministry and drove the moneychangers out of the temple again. Maybe he had so much fun doing it the first time that he wanted to do it again.
—> John 2:7-9,11,12-16 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was… (v11) This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there NOT MANY DAYS. And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.
☝☝☝The writer of Matthew says False Messiah whipped the moneychangers out of the temple approximately 50 days before he ascended and left the earth. But the writer of John says he whipped the moneychangers out of the temple NOT MANY DAYS after he turned water into wine; which was his first “miracle.” So, did False Messiah whip the moneychangers out of the temple NOT MANY DAYS after his first miracle of turning water into wine, or during his final 50 days on earth.
☝☝☝So, which is it? DO NOT go to Google looking for an answer to patch up the hole you’ve just discovered in your theology. What you need to do is read these “moneychanger” accounts in your own bible. Then take a deep breath and ask yourself, is the new testament reliable?? Can I trust the testimony of the new testament? You need to ask yourself, is the new testament accurate and inerrant? Either the writer of the book of Matthew is wrong, or the writer of the book of John is wrong. But they both cant be right. John’s account said this event took place NOT MANY DAYS after False Messiah performed his first “miracle,” while Matthew’s account says it took place during the final days of False Messiah’s life. So, again we ask: how trustworthy is your new testament??
