#ExposingPaulPartEleven

We’re used to Paul contradicting other people, but Paul contradicts HIMSELF this time. In one breath, he tells the Corinthians to STAY with their unbelieving spouse. And in the next breath he tells them:

“Do not be yoked together with unbelievers” – NIV
“Do not be bound together with unbelievers” – NAS
“Do not try to work together as equals with unbelievers” – GNT
“Do not be mismatched with unbelievers” – HCS
“Do not be associates with those who are unbelievers” – ABPE
“Do not be bound together with unbelievers” – NAS 1977
“Be not diversely yoked with unbelievers” – DBT

☝️☝️☝️ 1 Corinthians 6:14

So which is it, Paul?

Paul isn’t hard to be understood. Paul is bad when it comes to keeping up with his lies. Paul TAILORS his messages to suit his audience. He tells the Gentiles what they need to hear, to win them over. He tells the Jews what they need to hear, to win them over. Paul is a master salesman, determined to win people over at any cost, even if it means winning them over with lies.

“When I was with the Jews, I lived like a Jew to win the Jews. When I was with those who follow the Jewish law, I too lived under that law. Even though I am not subject to the law, I did this so as to win those under the law.. When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law, I too live apart from that law so as to win those not having the law.” – Paul, 1 Corinthians 9:21

Paul puts on the mask his audience needs to see. He mirrors his audience. This is salesmanship 101. And Paul will stop at nothing to win over people to his gospel, even if he must use lies to get the job done. The final outcome is all Paul cares about. Telling lies, that the truth of God may abound to His glory, are nothing more than a means to an end. If Paul’s lies successfully bring people to the truth of God, what wrongful deed has Paul done?

For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? Romans 3:7

Paul sees nothing wrong with using lies to spread the gospel he was given, on the road to Damascus.

This is why the church in Ephesus called Paul out on his lies and REMOVED HIM as their pastor.

Unto the angel of the church of [EPHESUS] write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;2:2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, [AND HOW THOU CANST NOT BEAR THEM WHICH ARE EVIL: AND THOU HAST TRIED THEM WHICH SAY THEY ARE APOSTLES, AND ARE NOT, AND HAST FOUND THEM LIARS” – the man from Galilee, Revelation 2:1,2

Paul’s duplicitous method of evangelism is why the Corinthian called him out for lying to them:

“And I will very gladly make sacrifices and continue to sacrifice myself for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less it seems you love me. But be that as it may, I did not waste your time: nevertheless, being several chess moves ahead of you, I deceived you and caught you slipping.” 2 Corinthians 12:15,16

☝️☝️☝️ Yes. The Corinthians caught on to Paul’s lies and called him out on it. The Ehesians caught on to Paul’s lies and called him out on it. And the Romans caught on to Paul’s lies and called him out on it too:

For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? Romans 3:7

Paul is a liar and his own churches called him out on his lies. In 2 Corinthians 12:15,16, Paul is defending himself against the Corinthian church’s accusations against him. In Romans 3:7, Paul is defending himself against the church in Rome, because some of Roman church members, point blank, called Paul a SINNER. And Paul is defending himself yet again, but this time, he’s trying to explain how there’s nothing wrong with teaching lies, if God’s truth is evangelized and God gets the glory out of those lies, in the long run.

Paul is a liar, a false apostle and a false prophet. If you can’t see that, you have severe cognitive dissonance.
